With the principles of restorative justice and using the Kubler-Ross framework, the training allows healthcare providers to realize and accept their biases.

 

Participants of the training will engage in introspective conversation and activities about unspoken or unrecognized biases such as race, gender, age, and many others.

 

By embracing the Sadanah training experience, each participant will have the opportunity to hear personal accounts of the impacts of unnamed bias and connect such bias in history to the Self in a restorative circle using the Kubler-Ross model.
